How do I access my W-2?
Log in to your ADAPT account. Select Taxes, and then W-2. You will select the respective company from the drop down menu and select download to the right

How do I access my pay stubs?
Log in to your ADAPT account and select Pay > Pay History > View Paystub
My pay is not correct. Who do I contact?
Contact your manager with any questions or concerns regarding your pay or hours
How do I change my direct deposit?
Log in to your ADAPT account. Select Pay > Direct Deposit. Click on the line with your account and the Edit screen will appear. You can also send a Bank Deposit form or Void check to email@example.com
How do I change my address?
Log in to your ADAPT account. Click on Personal > Address. You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your new address
How do I change my tax withholding deductions?
You can log in to your ADAPT account and select Taxes to update. You can also call 518-681-5000 or email email@example.com
How do I terminate an employee?
Select Employee Termination from the My Employees drop down and fill out the required (red) boxes.
