ADAPT Payroll provides personal customer service you won’t find anywhere else. Account representatives know you are your business inside and out and are available to assist in the following:

  • Manage all compensation issues: produce paychecks
  • Produce and manage all tax filings and provide W-2’s at year end
  • Provide and manage COBRA
  • Audit or develop employee handbook to insure government compliance
  • Provide employee counseling
  • Assist in terminating employees
  • Address employee inquiries concerning health care, payroll, etc.
  • Paid time off (PTO) management
  • Manage initial employee enrollment and orientation
  • Maintain permanent employee files
  • Administer all employee benefits if necessary
  • File all new employee, as required by state law, with the state (California DE 34)
  • Update and revise policies per government requirements
  • Manage unemployment claims
  • Provide or help acquire Workers’ Compensation Insurance
  • Manage Workers’ Compensation claims
